Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please advise us 4 hours in advance to avoid being charged  50% of the scheduled service.  For no- shows the full payment will be required.

Schedule
The Spa's operating hours (including Sundays and Public Holidays) are from 08.00-20.00 hrs every day. Treatments start from 9.30 hrs till half hour before closing.
