Conference Facilities

The  Ionia, a high-ceiling conference room, can host various meetings between 5 to 150 persons. Seating can be arranged in classroom, theater or boardroom style, or in a U-Shape, as appropriate. The Aegean conference rooms with their own foyer have a maximum total capacity of up to 270 persons.  All modern audiovisual equipment is available at a minimal charge, and includes LCD projectors and simultaneous translation facilities for up to five languages.The hotel's banqueting department can plan, organize and support any kind of event held in the hotel to ensure that it is a resounding success.Contact: conferences@medbeach.com
